Terms of use

25 October 2026

These terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer. They do not remove rights you have under the law that applies to you, including consumer rights.

TubeSort is a game for iPhone and Android made by Ionel Nistor. By playing, you agree to use the game as it is offered. If you do not agree, do not use it.

Using the game

TubeSort is for personal play. Do not break, overload, or misuse the game or the leaderboard. The current build is in TestFlight for invited testers. A TestFlight invite is not a public App Store release. The Android version is part of the same game and is not available yet. This page does not offer a download for either platform.

Accounts and nicknames

The shared leaderboard uses Sign in with Apple. You may set a nickname of 5 to 15 characters with no spaces. It must be unique. If you leave it empty, the list can show your Game Center name. Do not choose a name that impersonates another person or that is unlawful. The Apple account name is stored and is not shown on the list.

Leaderboard and abuse

The shared list shows level and coins for up to 100 places. Cheating, automated play, or a nickname that breaks these terms can be removed from the list. Game Center has its own rules, set by Apple.

Coins and helpers

Coins, extra tubes, and undos are part of the game. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. An extra tube costs 500 coins from level 1. Undo costs 400 coins from level 5. Coin balances on the leaderboard can be removed when the account is deleted.

Purchases

Purchases on iPhone are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. TubeSort does not receive your card number. Remove ADS costs €4.99. It stops the ads between levels and adds 1000 coins once. When the app opens again, the purchase is recognized and the coins are not added a second time. It does not stop an optional ad in the shop. There is no Restore Purchases button. Coin packs are 600 coins for €0.99, 1400 for €1.99, 2500 for €2.99, 4500 for €4.99, and 7000 for €6.99. They are consumable and are not returned after delivery. A background or a tube design other than Classic costs 500 coins or €0.99. Backgrounds and tube designs bought with money stay with Apple and can be applied again when Apple confirms them. A failed purchase does not add the item. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's rules and any mandatory consumer law. Deleting the TubeSort account does not cancel a purchase. On Android, purchases will go through Google Play when that version is published. They are not available now.

Ads and rewards

The game shows ads as described in the Privacy policy. Google consent is requested. If the form does not appear, the game does not treat that as acceptance. A reward is given only after the ad finishes. The ad between levels starts at level 4 and then appears every third level. It disappears after Remove ADS. Optional shop ads remain. Daily and timed limits still apply, and turning the clock back does not renew them. The game uses Google's test ad units. Real AdMob ads are not connected yet.

Availability

The game, TestFlight access, and the leaderboard can be interrupted, changed, or stopped. There are 108 levels. The first 8 are drawn and the next 100 are generated. Every level can be solved, and each starts with two empty tubes. The leaderboard depends on a working connection and a valid Apple sign-in.

The game itself

Ionel Nistor keeps the rights in the game, its name, and its artwork. Playing TubeSort does not transfer those rights. You keep the rights in a nickname you write, and you let the game display that nickname on the leaderboard.

Contact and complaints

Questions and complaints go to contact@ionelnistor.com or the Support. Nothing here limits a right to bring a claim where the law does not allow that limit.
